Upper Tightening WedgeSecures the upper jaw plate in place, preventing vertical movement during crushing.
Lower Tightening WedgeLocks the lower portion of the jaw plate to withstand impact and reduce vibration.
Adjustment Wedge (CSS Wedge)Enables fine tuning of the Closed Side Setting (CSS), essential for output size control.
Setting WedgeSupports the movable jaw during installation or maintenance procedures.
Pin Setting WedgeUsed with lock pins to stabilize wedge components in larger crushers.
Center Wedge / Fill WedgeFills the gap between jaw plate and frame for optimal contact and even stress transfer.
